Preheat your oven to 425 degrees; Line a cookie sheet with tin foil or parchment paper.  This is optional, but will make clean up so much quicker. If you have a convection oven, the bacon gets extra crispy when you turn on that convection fan, but it works fine without. This recipe is so simple, you will use it several times a week for good snacks or meals.

Wrap them up

Spread your avocado slices a bit on the cutting board and season to your liking.  I use a great deal of salt and pepper on them, and occasionally, I add another spice, garlic powder, onion powder, seasoning salt, whatever you like. Cut your raw bacon in half.  I think it works better to cut the bacon length wise which gives you more flexibility in the wrapping.  No worries if the pieces are uneven, just grab another piece and continue to wrap.
