INGREDIENTS
- 3oz Baker’s unsweetened chocolate squares
- 2 tbsp Kerry gold butter
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsp grass fed butter
- 1/3 cup fresh ground peanut butter (or almond butter)
- 1 ½ tbsp NuStevia sugar free vanilla syrup
- 1/3 cup sugar free maple syrup (I use Lakanto)
Directions
- Melt all of the above in a Double Boiler Pan
- Add to an 4×8 loaf pan which you have lined with parchment paper
- Freeze
- Cut into pieces, and store in the refrigerator
