CHOCOLATE DECADENCE.  Do you love fudge.  I do.  Here is a simple recipe that will tame your sweet tooth and give you some healthy FAT.



INGREDIENTS

  1. 3oz Baker’s unsweetened chocolate squares
  2. 2 tbsp Kerry gold butter
  3. 1 tbsp coconut oil
  4. 2 tbsp grass fed butter
  5. 1/3 cup fresh ground peanut butter (or almond butter)
  6. 1 ½  tbsp NuStevia sugar free vanilla syrup
  7. 1/3 cup sugar free maple syrup (I use Lakanto)



Directions

  1. Melt all of the above in a Double Boiler Pan
  2. Add to an 4×8 loaf pan which you have lined with parchment paper
  3. Freeze
  4. Cut into pieces, and store in the refrigerator
