Blend in your Ninja or other mixer and instantly you have a shake to bump your FAT macros up by 33g. If using an emulsion blender, add the ice after blending. If you desire, you can add a tbsp of unsweetened cocoa to this to make it chocolate.  You may need to adjust your sweetener.
